"You live in your marriage the hopes and the difficulties of the path to Christian Unity."
Saint John Paul II
We carry out this aspect of our mission by:
- Being an active “Body in Association” with both Churches Together in England and Churches Together in Britain and Ireland.
- Seeking opportunities to contribute to dialogues between the churches such as the English and Welsh Anglican and Roman Catholic Committee (EWARC) .
- Attending national and international events such as World Council of Churches Assemblies and the regular international conferences on Receptive Ecumenism.
- Keeping up to date with changes in the guidance issued by the churches relating to both marriage and family issues and ecumenical matters.
- Responding directly to papers and guidance issued by the churches.
- Contributing to consultations and surveys when possible.
