Taking place on the 9th May at 6.30pm online this Anniversary Service is to be co-hosted by Churches Together in Britain and Ireland and Christian Aid.
This service has been designed by an ecumenical planning group of people from across the four nations including Doral Hayes, Executive Development Officer of the Association of Interchurch Families.
Christian Aid began in response to the refugee crisis following World War II. In a time of weakness and crisis, the churches in the UK did not retreat into themselves and their own recovery but saw a wider need and responded. In times of extreme challenge, community is born when we stand together.
All are welcome to join in prayer, praise and worship. To register and find more information please click here.
