TRUSTEES
A new system of governance was adopted by the membership at an EGM on 29 August 2010. It is subject to scrutiny by the Charity Commission.
Up to 4 trustees shall be elected at the AGM, in addition to an Hon. Secretary and Hon. Treasurer should there be any, and further members may be co-opted as appropriate, each for a 4-year term of office. They shall be as representative as possible of each of the principal church groupings. As required by the new rules, the Board of Trustees elected one of their number to serve as Chair and one other as Vice-Chair at its first meeting on 8 Nov 2010.
